• Prayer requests — your name, prayer request text, and optionally your email address if you submit a request through the app.
• Sermon notes — your email address if you choose to have your completed notes emailed to you.
• Group chat account — your name and email address if you create an account to participate in group chat.
• Push notifications — a device token if you opt in to receive notifications.

We do not collect payment information. Giving is processed externally through Church Center (Planning Center) and is subject to their privacy policy.

• To deliver sermon notes to your email when requested.
• To share prayer requests with our pastoral team and, if you choose, with the congregation.
• To provide group chat functionality to church members.
• To send push notifications about sermons, events, and church news (only if you opt in).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Supabase — stores group chat accounts and messages.
• OneSignal — manages push notification delivery.
• YouTube — delivers sermon video content.
• Planning Center / Church Center — handles giving, event registration, and forms.

Email addresses collected for sermon notes are used solely to deliver that email and are not stored beyond that transaction.

Group chat accounts and messages are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You may opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings. You may request that we delete your group chat account and associated data by contacting us directly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
